After receiving your order, we conduct quality control checks and testing in order to ensure product quality prior to shipment. The average processing time is 1-2 business days, however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. We will give you a processing time expectation on your order confirmation page.


Shipping times will depend on your location, the shipping method selected, the products on your order, and the product availability and storage location.

The products on your order might be dispatched from different warehouses at different countries. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. If your order contains multiple products, you might receive some of them before the others. This is normal and doesn't mean that there was an error with the order. The rest of your order should arrive later within the delivery time expected.

Please note that if you are waiting for your package to arrive, there is a high chance it will arrive within the delivery window, so please make sure you wait until the maximum time has passed before asking us about the status of your delivery, as typically the package is on the way.
